Ali Moore is filling in for Jon Faine.
Her co-host is Viv Nguyen, who is the vice-president of Victorian chapter of the Vietnamese Community in Australia. This year marks 40 years of settlement in Australia by the Vietnamese community since the fall of Saigon in April 1975.
Their first guest is journalist and author, Latika Bourke. She is the National Political Reporter for Fairfax Media, and the recipient of the 2015 Elizabeth O'Neill Journalism Award. Her new book is From India With Love: Growing up Australian and the journey of self-discovery that led me back to my Indian roots (Allen & Unwin).
Then they are joined by artists Damon Kowarsky in the studio, and Atif Khan via phone from Pakistan. Damon is currently based in south-west Victoria completing the Portland Artist Residency. Atif is in Lahore, where he is a faculty member at Pakistan's National College of Arts. They collaborated on works in the show Hybrid II.
